This page explains how canceling and refunds work for Pennykite Plus.
Who handles payments
Plus is sold through Creem, which acts as merchant of record. Creem processes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT and issues receipts. Your card details never reach us.
Canceling
You can cancel Plus at any time from Plan & billing in the app. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep Plus until then. Canceling doesn't delete your plan, which stays in your browser.
Refunds
If you think you were charged by mistake, or you want to ask for a refund, contact us through the contact page with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. Refunds are paid back through Creem to the original payment method.
